mon illustrator ne s'ouvre pas et m'affiche comme message "une session antérieure d'illustrator est en cours de fermeture...." comment faire pour ouvrir l'application qui ne s'ouvre pas du tout

Sorry to hear about this. Would you mind sharing version of the OS & Illustrator? Have you tried restarting your computer? Is your Adobe app & OS updated to the latest version?
Did you make any recent changes in your computer? This information would help us assist you accordingly.
