Sin texto en interfaz y cuadros de diálogo de Illustrator

Cordial saludo a todos. 

 

Al abrir Illustrator no carga el texto de la interfaz de bienvenida ni los cuadros de díalogos. Sólo carga el texto de menús. 

 

¿Cómo lo podría solucionar? Ya probé reintalando, cambiando de color de interfaz del programa y cambiando modo de color de windows de oscuro a claro. He reiniciado, actualizado desde Creative Cloud, y actualizado drivers de la gráfica.

 

De antemano muchas gracias.

 

Mi equipo:

intel i7 2670QM 2.2GHz

Ram 8 Gigas

SSD 120 gigas con ocupación del 60%

Geforce GT 630M 2gb

Windows 10 64 bits

Hi, 

 

Do you have aggressive firewalls running?

 

Not, only default windows 10 firewall, 

 

The error is in illustrator lastest version, in the other versions like 25.1.0 all is ok.

Hi there

 

Sorry to hear about this trouble. Let us help you fix this. Please try following these steps one by one and let us know how it goes:

  • Rename CEP folder from following locations.  
    MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe  to CEP.old 
    Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP 
     
  • If that doesn't help, rename extensions folder from  
    MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP to extensions.old 
    Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP

LATEST

Gracias por las instrucciones, pero sigue igual, la versión 25.1 de Adobe Illustrator genera ese inconveniente. Otras versiones anteriores no tienen ese problema. 

 

Utilicé todas las instrucciones paso a paso, incluso instalé dos veces, en Español y en Inglés sin obtener ningún cambio. 

 

Mi equipo está actualizado, drivers, gpu, todo. 

 

Agradezco su tiempo y colaboración. ¿Qué más puedo hacer?
