Font tool windows not opening completely in illustrator

My fonts window and some other doesn't open completely in illustrator. because of that i am unable to buy fonts inside the illustrator. screenshot attached.

Can you check the scaling settings in the system? Maybe something clashing there?

Does it work better when you open the Characters panel and open that menu from there?

Olá estou precisando de ajuda! No meu programa ao procurar novas fontes na aba de caractere não consigo baixar na nuvem que aparece para que a fonte possa ser baixada para meu compútador, pois a janela que abre fica cortada, alguem sabe como me auxiliar? 

2) dúvida 

não aparece umas bolinhas nas formas para que eu possa fazer o aredondamento.

• Exact OS and version of Illustrator
• When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates or web extensions installed recently.
• Does resetting Illustrator Preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html) help to resolve the issue?
  Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
