Specific shape selection possible?

So, I've got quite a few of these types of files to modify and I'm having to select all of the circular shapes at once and on some of these designs (like the one I've attached) are quite tedious. I've tried to use the "select/same/..." menu to no avail. Currently, I'm selecting all and then de-selecting the lines, but would love to know if there is a more efficient way.
