I recently signed up for the "Creative Cloud All Apps" annual subscription on the 3rd of December 2020. As I have access to all the apps I have no need for any other subscriptions. Without my knowledge, on the 11th of December, I was signed up for a £19.97 monthly direct debit for illustrator. I have since been charged twice and have been charged a cancelation fee of £100. I have never even used the software. If I am not fully reimbursed for the two payments and cancellation fee I will never support this compnay again. Please leave adivce below if you have expericend similar troubles with adobe. Thank you.

If it doesn't show up in your account, it is likely that someone used your credit card details to buy this, and you need to contact the card issuer immediately.
