When I am in Illustrator CS6 64bit and I go to open swatch panel_user defined there are only a few of my saved swatch pallets available to choose the rest are missing. But if I am working in 32 bit all of my saved user-defined swatch pallets are there. I need to work in 64 bit. Please help.

They might be in different folders in your AppData. So the 64 bit version searches in a different folder than the 32 bit version.

I can't check it, because I don't have that version anymore.

If that is the case, you should be able to just copy the swatches files from one place to the other.

I don't have CS6 installed anymore so I can't check this, but presumably the 32 and 64bit versions have their own set of preferences folders. You should copy the swatch files from one to the other. On Windows, the user defined list points to this location:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 24 Settings\en_GB\x64\Swatches
