System Compatibility Report

I just got a brand new Acer Predator Triton 500 today, and every driver is up to date. This laptop has insane specs and should not be having any problems with Adobe products... why am I getting this problem? I followed the "fix" link which did not help. I also restarted my laptop. I have no current updates for applications or drivers. What could possibly be wrong?
