Tab along toolbar not showing full tab.

I am trying to open a tab such as Dynamic Shape. I go to open it but it won't show the whole tab or let me pull the edge or corner to view the full tab. I have attempted restarting illustrator, moving the tab to other locations and collapsing it to an icon. Please help.

Have you tried resetting Preferences?
