TERRIBLE MALFUNCTION Ai 2020

I am TIRED of this version, will it ever stop from suddenly closing, making me lost ALL MY TIME AND JOB???

Theres is a PROBLEM with ths FONTS selector. Every time I SWITCH FONTS, Ai starts with its 'THINKIN-ROUNDED RAINBOW' on,  like FOREVER, and after a few hours THINKING it just SHUTS OFF AND NOTHING IN THE -GDH- GETS SAVED!!! I have wated and wasted HOOOOORS of work!!! 

So, this last time, i took precations. 

- I turned to 'ctrl+y'

- 'ctrl+s' (The blue saving circle 'got filled')

- swiched the font from 'Myriad Pro' to 'Rockwell'

- And the program SHUTTED OFF!!!

But I was cool, ya'know. because I have...

- turned to 'ctrl+y'

- 'ctrl+s'

Turns out, when I reopen the document from 'Recently Open', I found out IT DIDNT SAVED A THING...

So... What should I do?

+ I PAY FOR THE CLOUD...! 

+ I send EVERY REPORT... 

+ (MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014 - 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 - 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3)

I HATE ILLUSTRATOR RIGHT NOW!!!

Is your OS & hardware meeting the system requirements

Reset Prefs Thoroughly (windows):

• Close all Adobe applications.
• Go to Location : C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
• Rename Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator XX Settings folders to Adobe Illustrator.old and Adobe Illustrator XX Settings folders.old
• Launch Illustrator from CC.
