Hi!
We have a problem with Adobe Illustrator. While we used to start an exam - we got this info:
The color settings file previously used could not be accesed. A local copy will be used instead.


Then AI turns off. After next start there's the same situation. Please help

What happens when you reset the preferences?

We set everything to default, unfortunetly still not working, displays the same info

AI works fine, the main problem is with exams

And the exams run on a server?

There's an application (Certiport - Compass) on local computer which connects with their (Certiport) severs to get some licence files, then exam app starts.
After finishing the exam - the file deletes automaticaly

I suspect the exam software is trying to lock down the computer. Contact the maker.
