The 'Create New' page on my illustrator 2020 is not working.

When I open Ai 2020, the 'create new' shows up as a blank grey box. Hence I am unable to set any customised artboard size or resolution or anything.

The same is happening if I am already working on Ai and I go to file>new to make a new document, it shows up as a blank grey box.

As a workaround, you could try selecting "Use legacy "File New" interface" in your Preferences.

Restart your machine, Illustrator and/or reset your preferences may help.

Are you maybe on MacOS 11 Big Sur Beta? I see this problem in this version of MacOS.
