When trying to apply the Effect-3D-Rotate, the CANT error message pops up. And after clickling on the close button, the message  "an error occurred while processing the appearance of an object" also shows.

I've tried the other 3D effects and it happens the same thing, but not with gaussian blur, distort...or other effects.

I'm using version 24.0.2  with no pluggins in a Windows 10 Enterprise (version 17763.1457)

Please show.

Please show the base objects.

Please show the 3D effects dialog box.

Any warnings in the dialog box?

How much RAM is installed?

Does 3D work with other objects (simple rectangles without a stroke)?

Same issue here.

I have a simple 3D object with a symbol placed on it (a rocket) and I have some other 3D objects in my document.

Deleting the rocket doesn't change anything. But deleting it AND the graphic from which the symbol is made of makes the warning error dissapear. The symbol is still in the symbol palette.

Hope, it helps.
