this document has been modified outside of adobe illustrator

Hello everyone,

I was finishing the day at the company, I saved everything and turned off the PC when the next day I started again and got the following image: "this document has been modified outside of adobe illustrator".

I use windows, the file is allocated on the desktop and i can't do anything, when I open it everything appears blank.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Which version is it?
Can you try and deactivate "Save in background" in the Preferences?
Also: this is an AI file? Which options?
