Hi there,

I just updated to illustrator version 24.1.2 and still get this message:

This file has been modified outside illustrator. Do you want to continue?

In ticking "Create PDF Compatible File", it pops up as follows based on some of my trials:

- It gives the message both ways when saved in Microsoft OneDrive

- It gives the message when it is ONLY ticked when saved on local mac drive

OS: Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4

Can you please help if there is a possible solution for this?
