I have seen other people online have the same problem but nobody has found a fix yet.  When I choose "Export >>> Tiff" I get the message "An unknown error caused the operation to fail". Never had problems before. Please help.

Can't reproduce that.

So you might want to tell us some details:

-system

-exact version number

- the file name

- where are you saving

- which options?

- what's in the file?

Hi there,

I did check your files. There are a couple of observations which I want to share with you. I have found that there is some kind of corrution in PNG file itself. I just opened the PNG in Photoshop and exported it once again. Placed the new PNG (https://adobe.ly/2tqcRnZ) in Illustrator file and it exported absolutally fine.

Thanks!
