You can do it with a simple action, but you would have to use the corresponding options in the flyout menu of the Transform palette (which will enable/disable the option in the general application preferences at the same time).

I don't think you can, but why would you want to? If you are transforming items though scripting using the transform methods (translate, rotate, resize and transform), then they each have a "changeFillPatterns" parameter, which by default is set to true, which equates to ticking the box in general properties.

I work 100% with Scritpting So that´s why I need property to make a Script, But Native Action sounds good idea as well,
