Transparency custom option

I am trying to save a eps file for printing and need to change the options under Transparency Custom tab, but the custom tab is not hightlighted and can't be clicked on, can anyone help?

EPS files cannot contain transparency. If you need to use transparency, you will have something like PDF as the delivery file format.
