Transparent Border Around Exports

I recently got a new computer and re-downloaded Illustrator to it, and ever since, whenever I try to export pictures, there's a thin transparent border around it.

I've tried editing the artboards so that the artboard is smaller than the actual image and this still happens.

Any idea how to fix it?

Work in pixels or points. Make sure that the size of what you export does not contain fractional values.

If you export artboards make sure that the upper left XY coordinates do not contain fractional values.

Use 72 ppi or multiples thereof.
