Trim marks oversized

I need trim marks for a print file with 27 artbords thats overlapping. With new illustrator with the new larger canvas size i can make this 1:1. but the trim mark is huge. They are 10cm long, and if i make it 1:10 it also 10cm long. There should be a possibility to manipulate the trim marks. I lose 5,4m in print if i cant resolve this issue. any suggesting on how to fix this or work around it?

Build your own trim marks. Sounds like someoen overlooked this tiny detail and the functions haven't been updated and adapted to AI's new behavior.

seems like the trim marks has been overlooked, yes. Looks like they been scaled up from 10% since they are 10 time too large
