Trouble signing in

I've been facing some issues signing into Ai for the past couple of days. I mistakenly used 2 different accounts thinking I was only paying for 1 and recently got 1 of the accounts canceled but now since 1 of the subscriptions are canceled, I cannot sign in using the original email address I used before and nothing but the prices show up when I try to switch accounts after the second account has been canceled out. How can I sign in without paying again for another bill since I already have an adobe bill thats coming up in the next couple of weeks?
