Trying to make a logo transparent through an image

Hi all,

I'm trying to get the white logo in the corner and the white clouds to be transparent. The image will be printed onto a white surface, the printer being used won't print white so any white areas need to be transparent (if that makes sense). I've tried making opacity masks and knockout but can't get it to work. Any ideas?

Image below.

Cheers.

Andy.

Andy,

Are you sure there is an issue?

In normal printing, white = no ink.

Have you tried it out on the printer or asked the printer, whichever meaning of the word is relevant (the latter will object to the former, and the former will keep shtum about the latter)?
