Two images in premiere appeared as one

I upload two posts in premiere I want to make a Video from them but they appear similar , premiere shows one of them for both I tried to change the names of them I change the location of every one but still face the same problem. both images are similar as they appear in the attachment the difference only in some details I tried to open the images by  photoshop  Instead of illustrator and save them again png but the problem is still there , when I change the color it is Ok but do I compelled to change. I am very disappointed about this PLEASE help me , I wrote this after I tried for three hours to solve this by my self. I hope you understand exactly my problem And can help.
