Is this normal I can't move my object in Illistrator CC 2020 with the 2 selecting tool, I can only move with clicking on edge border

Does your object have a fill? If it does and you can only select it by clicking on its path, then try going to Edit > Preferences > Selection & Anchor Display and make sure Object Selection by Path Only is not selected.
