Unable to Export JPEG [Save for Web (Legacy)] from Illustrator

When I create a JPEG in illustrator and  I click on export -->save to web (legacy) ,or Export-->Save as a JPEG. it does not save to my computer. Has anyone experienced this???

Hi Erika,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing with Illustrator. This should definitely not be happening. Could you please confirm which OS and version of Illustrator you are working on? Where you are saving the files (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)?
