Unable to launch illustrator 2021 on macOS Big Sur.

I can't get the illustrator 2021 on mac big sur.

I re-installed third time but it still can not open the app.

Please let me know how to solve this problem...

While performing each step, please make sure that InDesign and other Adobe apps are closed.
