Unable to launch Illustrator 2021 on macOS Mojave

Al arrancar Illustrator 2021 se queda en la siguiente pantalla durante incluso horas hasta que inicia el programa.

Lo he desinstalado y vuelto a instalara y sigue igual.

¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo?
