Unable to open a New Document latest version

I have been trying to open a new document but when it tries to open a new dialog box opens but with nothing in it please see picture below. Is there a way to get a new document open as I need this for my uni studies to create a document this week?

Try to open another ai document delete everything from there change artboard size then save as and change name.

Delete this one and again try to new account just click on new file and it automatically open...see more
