Unable to save Cloud Documents and lost some Cloud Documents in Illustrator

I have lost cloud documents in illustrator and I cannot save the document to a "cloud document". how to get the cloud back?

Sorry for the delayed response. Could you please share some more details like:

• OS and version of Illustrator
• When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, or web extensions installed recently.
• Are you able to login into Illustrator and Creative Cloud app? If you are already logged in, try logging out and logging in within Illustrator from the Help menu > Sign Out/In.

Also, you may visit this link (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents) to check all your Cloud documents and visit this link (https://assets.adobe.com/deleted) to check all the deleted Cloud documents. Let us know if you are able to locate your lost Cloud documents.
