Unable to uninstall Illustrator 2019

Last year I bought Illustrator 2019 and quit using it for a while.

Last month I bought it again, only this time it is Illustrator 2020.

When I am trying to uninstall the old version, Windows gives me the error that "The specific file is not installed on the machine, Please quite and start over." (Please find attached)

But when I open it, it is there and opens fine.

Obviously I dont want it to consume my machine by having 2 versions of Illustrator, can anyone please help solve this?

How are you trying to uninstall? Is it using the control panel? Try by using the Creative Cloud application for the uninstallation

In my Creative Cloud application, only the new version of Adobe is visible
and I have the option to uninstall just that.

Sorry to hear about this. In addition to response given by Manan, you may also use Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove the app from your machine.

Thank you Ashutosh for this information, this tool asks to delete all the
applications, please find attached screenshot, not sure what to do about it.
