Updated to illustrator 2021 and now it wont launch

Hi, Updated over night (sunday) and yesterday (monday) morning illustrator wouldn't lauch, read that it had happened to others in the community, i deleted all my damaged fonts and uninstralled my Wacom driver. Illustrator then booted up. Worked in it most of the day and this morning but It has just crashed and I can't get it started again! Please help

or uninstalling and reinstalling?

Thanks for coming back to me. Yes I've just uninstalled and reinstalled. Still no joy! If i've done that there shouldn't be any Preferences to reset should there?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this trouble. I checked the crash reports submitted by you. Could you please try turning on "Automatic graphics switching" from System Preferences and let us know how it goes.

If that doesn't help, try the steps shared on ths page (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator/how-to-fix-a-crash-and-recover-documents-in-illustrator/t...) and share your observations with us.

Hi I also have the same problem - I have shared my crash logs here File: AdobeLogs_20201026_114851_194-mac.zip

Please help I have a tone of work to get done today and can't open illustrator at all. Thanks
