Use fonts for freelance and afrer end subscription

What fonts can I use to create custom logos for a freelancer?
The logo will be used by the client for his commercial company.
Can a customer of my artwork use the curve logo (after expand font) after the subscription has ended?

No font is the best font. It depends on the industry of the company or service. Also depends on audience that receive this logo as n image for your company or message. So no font is the best font.
You will not loose your work. Exactly the best is to outline (expant) your text to convert it to shape to be able to use this logo easily nywhere.
