Version 25.1 of illustrator doesn't open DXF files.

Version 25.1 of illustrator doesn't open DXF files and this is a bug that should be fixed.

I have the same problem with 25.2
All of the DXF files in usualy get from clients to use as a template are outside of the working area and i can only open it when i set it on scale to fit artwork  but thats not the safe way of working becouse i need the original size to use it as borders. Scaling it back gives me a result that is a bit off the original size compared to the line weight (10mm to a 380mm file)
