Hola! estoy pagando el plan de Illustrator pero la nueva version no es compatible con mi computadora. Puedo pedirle a Adobe que me de una version anterior? Gracias

You can still get version CC2019. Does that help?

If not, please contact Customer Care. They are the only ones who might (!) be able to give you an older version.
