Hi! I need help with my .eps files.

Whenever I send my client .eps files they always have the same problem when printing like this one. I flatten my files and still give the same result. I still don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Thank you in advance! 🙂

Why eps?

Can you provide the file?

Does it contain the whole printed area or is it only one field for a repeating Pattern?

Hi! Thank you for responding.

My client always ask me to send the files in eps format.

Yup, only one field for a repeating pattern between two copies

Thank you!

Here is the file:

Maybe I misunderstand, but if they stich the pattern based on the swatch you created wouldn’t the problem be at their end?

How do they stich the pattern?

But your file does not see to work as a seamless pattern tile perfectly.

Hello! They find the white lines on each side of the file when they print,

so the file has this white frame around it?

They asked me to make it a continous pattern so they won't have a hard time cutting it 12x12 in mass production.

They also print multiple copies at once like the "step and repeat" in Acrobat.

Thank you! 🙂

»when they print«

What does that mean exactly?

»They asked me to make it a continous pattern«

It seems you did not do that, please check yout file again.

»12x12«

Your artboard seems to be 12.1inch x 12.1inch.
