Hello, since late november I can't use Illustrator anymore, I try to open it, and only after multiply attempts I can use it, but before that, it keeps showing the same message: We can’t verify your subscription status.
I've tried everything, contacted the support, they tried to help me, but the problem wasn't solved. I saw here in the community some people having the same issues, I would like to know if you had this issue how did you managed to correct it. I use creative cloud on Windows 10, and I have no idea what the problem is.

I haven't had the problem, but maybe sign out and then sign back in to the creative cloud and see if that helps.
