Weird artefacts when path width < 0.1

Hello.

I have a problem with my paths, it's the same whether I use pencil, brush or pen.

I am preparing files for lasercutter. The paths need to be width : 0.001

I get weird "angles" when I have this setting. (see pic)

This might affect the lasercutting process

Ideas anyone?

Please try View > Preview on CPU
