What are the best AI tools to give format to the drawing above?

I need sugestions and recomendations on what is the better way to outline the drawing.

Draw a circle with the ellipse tool to use as a guide. Draw the other shapes using the pen tool. Use the shape builder tool to combine the circle and the shapes as desired.
