What is happening with Print Preview? Plus Rolland Printer can't read this file.

I have the black box behind the main object, but in print preview it shows it covering it, I've tried this with a green box and it has some type of a transparency / opacity on it. It's only on some files as well.

We're essentially trying to print this graphic onto vinyl but our printer has issues printing and viewing this particular file as well but with others that don't have this problem it runs fine as well.

You probably set overprinting somewhere.

And then you will need tocheck whether your printer/printer driver is compatible with your version of  Illustrator.
