When I draw little open form with pen, Illustrator automaticly close it

Hello,

when I draw little open form, the form is automatically closed  : how can I change it ? Is there some option I can change with the pen ?

If I understand you correctly, the open shape is filled.

Just use a stroke and don't use a fill if you don't want that behaviour.

Sorry for may bad english, but it is not that problem.

When I'm drawing with only one stroke (no fill), if this stroke is not long, the last point of the stroke cloe automatically to the first point.

Now I use a trick : I zoom a lot, and then I can draw my stroke

Yes, the Pen tool shows when it will close the path when the end point comes close to the start.

The Pencil has some options, but the Pen has not.
