My text in path when printing does not do it well, and the first "I" looks thicker than the "I" with tilde

Did someone apply a width scale factor to the Í?

Try saving a PDF, using the Illustrator defaults and print from Acrobat. Can you upload a sample file?

You can expect this if you outline fonts. Though some posts suggest it as everyday or a good thing to do, it is terrible for screen viewing, because all the careful work done by font designers is thrown away. Never do it.

Additionally Acrobat does weird things with rectangles (like the I is).

You could try and just add a point on one of the segments. Or change all the enhancing options in Acrobat.

 

Since it's a logo it needs to be outlined.

The operative words here are "looks thicker". It's an illusion: The portion of the crosshatching that shows on the two letters is different, and the X part looks thicker than the zigzag part, but it is not:
