Where to get Astute Graphics support?

Is anyone aware of a forum for Astute Graphics tools?  I asked them and they didn't seem to be able to tell me!

I am using the dynamic measuring tool with scale set to 8 and units 'inches and feet"  If I do the math, the number is correct but the units are in inches not feet.  Anyone else seen this?
