White background behind saved artboard

Hello, I asked about this a while back but I have a better image that illustrates what I'm referring to. When I save an artboard, I should only see the content that's within my artboard size (18x18). From my attachment, there's this white space that's around my artboard. When I export, it should look like the rest of my boards and not like the 1st and 3rd. Does anyone know what causes this in the illustrator app?

Are there perhaps some rogue anchor points drifting around?

How would I locate those?

You could search for them in Select > Object

ou could also try the outline view. Single anchors are just tiny crosses. But might be invisible because of bad GPU rendering.
