Why do measurements change automatically ? (video capture of the BUG)

It's automatically changing my measurement... and i don't want that at all.

Can someone explain, if its not a bug ? 

with this on : Pixels in Preferences > stroke and general https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quxDPGD  

with this on : Propreties > pixels grid alignment

Sometimes it changes, sometimes not. so i believe this is an unsolved bug...

Units are a document setting.

Only if the document doesn't have it (as is the case for raster images), the preference setting will be used.

And, when you create or open a document with a different unit setting than in your preferences, your preferences get changed to those of the new or opened document.
