Why do my graphic looks blurred?

I've been working on some graphics recently but was wondering why my vector (I mean, it's a vector!) does look blurred. I don't even know what I did wrong. There is no slipped copied layer underneath which might cause a blurred look.
It is super annoying to look at, especially on the outer face line. Any idea how to get rid of it and make the paths look much more smooth? Or what I might've been doing wrong?

You've uploaded a low rez png pixel file so everything looks blurred - do a screenshot with the item you say is blurred selected and the transparency, attributes, properties and appearance panels open.
