Why is post of bug marked as spam?

My post  with subject "Illustrator 24.2.3 crashes at exit, cannot see contents once 2019 file is opened, preview displays" is marked as spam and not visible? No action when I reported this to moderator?

I can't tell you why something is marked as spam. Sometimes the forum software does this on its own.
