Why outlined file still have font on the document?

Hi there,  can anyone help me soft this problem. My document already create outlined, but there is still have One font not been create outlined. 

 

I tried many methods.  Unlock all layer, select all and path, still appear samething. I tried replace with other font, and select all again and path all layer again, still the same.

 

I also find out when my document have this kind of problem, the "Club" card icon will appear on 2nd right click.

 

It would be greatly appreciated if you guys have the solution.

As per your screenshot the font is part of a symbol.

 

Take a look at the Symbols palette.
