Workspaces Broken - No Toolbars, Can't Create or Recall Workspaces (Ilustrator CC 2020)

Hi

After everything working fine yesterday, I opened Illustrator CC 2020 this mornign to discover I had no toolbars.

All my Workspaces are still listed in the Workspaces dropdown menu, but I can't recall them, or create new ones, or reset the selected one.

I need to fix this urgently as I have client work waiting.

If anyone can help, I'd be grateful!

If resetting the preferences doesn't help, then please contact Customer Care. They can log into your system.

Thanks for your reply. I backed up my Settings folder, uninstalled and reinstalled Illustrator, restored my Settings folder, and everything seems to be working again.
