Your Current color settings honor CMYK profiles in linked content but profiles were set to be ignore

I keep getting this pop up everytime I open something in Illustrator. 

It was fine last week and then started this morning. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the pop up still happens. 

Changing colour preferences doesn't do anything either....

Is this a bug in the new 24.3 update?
