I work on IT Helpdesk. A user has installed InCopy v14 on her windows 7 PC. When checking content in, InCopy freezes - she then has to shut down the exe in task manager to clear it. She is Windows 7 enterprise, SP1, Intel Core i5-6200 U CPU, 7.43 usable RAM from * GB capacity, 64 bit OS. Any advice on what might be the cause and solution please? Thanks

Hi Matt,
Are these files saved on an external server? Is it happening specifically with her machine? If yes, you can check the permissions set for the user account.
