I updated a large fact sheet/brochure sytem for my client (100+ fact sheets and 11 brochures). One of their requests was to be able to revise disclaimers (there are five versions) once and have them automatically request an update when the file is opended next. I created five InCopy files to link to each of the fact sheets/brochures.
My issue is this: three of the InCopy files work as intended but two seem to revert from editable to in use by me. I've attached screen shots from the client. I recreated and they still aren't working. What am I doing wrong?
